Sorry I haven't updated in the last few days. It's been pretty crazy because I've been in training. Ever wonder how a Disney Cast Member always seems to know the correct answers and what their doing?? I'll tell you our secret....lots and lots of training. The past four days I've had classroom training at Disney University learning how to use the Disney PMS (Property Management System) System and how to deal with all sorts of guest scenarios. I had two amazing trainers Jamie (pronounced Hi-May) and Evan. They both work at the front desk and were really cool teaching us everything we needed to know. I also had a really great class and we all became really good friends. Karen, Jen and Yolanda are all working at the Port Orleans Resort, Kevin's working at the Coronado Springs resort and Mike is working at the All-Stars. One of the coolest things about First Impressions (the name of our classroom training) is the real, fake front desk lab we get to work in. It gives us practice on checking eachother in and out and is really neat. ok...I promise to talk more about stuff later but I'm exhausted because we went to Magic Kingdom last night and then I worked a full day today.
